We then deliver your unique audio gift via a personalized webpage link within 2-3 business days.

Your StoryCast Essential will be around 2-5 minutes in duration (depending on the story size). We aim for the perfect length to tell your narrative compellingly within the up to 500-word limit.

For the StoryCast Essential package, your submitted story should be up to 500 words. This allows us to create a cohesive and high-quality conversational podcast for you. If your story is longer than 500 words, please contact us directly to discuss creating it as a custom, one-off project.

We use cutting-edge, high-quality AI voice technology that produces natural, expressive, and engaging voices. For your two hosts, we carefully select the male and female AI voices that best suit your story's tone and narrative, typically employing a conversational male/female duo to bring your unique story to life.

Once your order and payment are confirmed, we aim to deliver your StoryCast Essential within 2-3 business days.

We will send an email to your provided address with a unique link to your personalized gift landing page. This private webpage will host your audio, allowing the recipient to listen instantly in their browser. You can then simply share this link with the intended recipient!

For the StoryCast Essential package, we currently offer one round of minor revisions to your script during our processing phase, before the final audio is generated. This allows you to refine your story and sentiment to ensure it's just right. Once the final audio has been completed and delivered, no further revisions are possible. Please ensure your story, sentiment, and details are exactly as you want them before submission.

We offer refunds for your StoryCast Essential order up to the completion stage of our process. This means you can request a refund while your story is being reviewed, the script is being generated, or the audio is being produced. However, once your personalized digital audio file has been completed and delivered to you via the unique gift link, we cannot offer a refund. This is due to the custom, digital nature of the product once it has been created and accessed.

Absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority. Your submitted story and personal details are kept strictly confidential and are only used for the purpose of creating your personalized StoryCast. The unique link to your gift page is private and not publicly discoverable. We do not share your story with third parties.
